Our new Heidelberg Diana Easy 115 Gluer

At Zenith Print Packaging we are constantly investing in our products and services by enhancing our equipment. To offer greater variety and faster processes, we have recently installed a Heidelberg Diana Easy 115 Gluer.

The Heidelberg Diana Easy 115 Gluer allows us to glue cartons ranging from mini crashlocks to large corrugated, providing our customers with a greater variety of product and service options. It is also fitted with an additional envelope folding station that can produce capacity cases.

The semi-automated Easy packer can reach high speeds while still allowing sufficient time for quality checks.

The smart set function allows us to store repeat jobs reducing make ready times and further increasing productivity.

This machine provides expansive options, while allowing us to produce high quality products. As a result of this, we can offer a greater range of printing solutions to our customers while also working towards suitable and efficient deadlines.
